I decided that just replicating the Divergence GTK theme was just not enough, so I've delayed releasing to sexy things up a bit. Criticisms and nitpicking are welcome.

Looking great... Loving the transparency.

I quite like the thick border on the APPS menu, but perhaps not on the Windows/Workspace area. Also, maybe you can make the border glassy like the emerald decorations. I really like the actual workspace switcher (with the scrollbar), but just noticed that you mentioned that it was screensize dependant which is a bit of a let down because it looks excellent.

Will be following how this develops. Looking forward to it! :D

Thanks, I really appreciate your input here, I hope to make everyone happy if possible (at least until re-layout Gnome Shell is replace and we can have real fun).

I did want to go for that glassy look, but all there is to work with is transparency and I just couldn't get them to look glassy only see-through, so I decided against it.

In any case I'll be uploading today and I'd love half-left take a look at my CSS since I think he's the resident expert.

That's quiet good dude. Not sure about the thick borders and the background of the workspace switch looks a tad odd but yeah it's getting there.

I appreciate the tips, I was trying to add little extra Divergence style with those borders, but you're right they do look funny, and although I like the border around the workspace it was actually a background image to .overview and so screensize dependent.

You could make the content headers on the left the lighter Divergence colour and play around with border-radius. Just remember with border-radius, with 2.31.x need to be using background gradients. You could probably make the buttons on each side curvy like the Divergence titlebar and make the panel look like the Emerald theme.
